Peter Case was born in Buffalo, New York on April 5th, 1954. Over the course of a nearly five decade career, Case has seen commercial success with bands such as The Nerves and Plimsouls, and has collaborated as a solo artist with T-Bone Burnett,  Richard Thompson, Ben Harper, Mike Campbell, and others. His sound has ranged from new wave to deep blues to lyrical beat poetry to garage rock.

WUMB will celebrate Peter Case as the Artist of the Day in the 9 AM, noon, 3 PM, and 7 PM hours on Tuesday.
