I hope October is finding you well! Here’s a quick update with some news from the world of Programming:

As always we’ve got a great lineup of all new content for October including all new episodes of Highway 61 Revisited, Guest Mix, the SAMW Café and much more.

I hope you’ve had a chance to look around our new website. We’re fans of the overall upgrade, while it still feels like WUMB. You can find a ton of information on the site about the Artists we play, the different Programs we air, Playlist Archives, Weekend Archives and a lot more.

We’ve also got a ton of new music to share with you including new releases from Plant & Krauss, John Mellencamp with Bruce Springsteen, along with artists just starting out like Sierra Ferrell, Tré Burt and more.

Also if you’re a Member of WUMB check out the October Online Zoom event with Albert O and Highway 61 Revisited. Albert will basically do a live hour of Highway 61 on Tuesday, October 12th at 7:30. It should be a lot of fun, so join us if you can!

Finally I’d like to thank you for your constant support of WUMB. Our Fall Member Drive is happening later this month, and your support is needed as always. If you haven’t gotten your pledge in just yet, consider making it early as it helps us out tremendously. I really appreciate the support you’ve shown the station over the years.
