In a huge change up from the norm, Misadventures Of Doomscroller is a short album full of epic-length tracks with the short track being 5 and a half minutes long (minus a brief instrumental track that clocks in a little under 2 minutes). And with this, We are treated to music that some would certainly classify as “jam rock” but I would simplify it as saying it purely allows the band to play and the music to play out. And it honestly does not disappoint. This one goes right up as one of my favorite albums by Dawes and I would happily recommend giving this one a shot.
