In 2017, Molly Tuttle was the first woman to win the International Bluegrass Music Association‘s award for best guitar player. She repeated the following year.

Tuttle’s latest album, Crooked Tree, released in the spring of 2022, was co-produced by Tuttle and Jerry Douglas and features her bluegrass band Golden Highway. It’s a favorite of ours here at WUMB.
