Automatic Bank Payments

We do not accept bank account numbers for ACH processing, but, as an alternative, please consider setting up Automatic Bill Payments directly with your bank. See more information here.

Sustaining Memberships

A Sustaining Membership is one that automatically renews after 12 months.

You can be a Sustainer by setting up monthly installments that go on indefinitely, or you can set up a once-per-year Sustaining Membership that is automatically charged once every year.

To become a Sustainer, you may check off the “Make me a Sustaining Member” checkbox on the donation page when you make your donation, or you can contact the Membership Office (wumb.membership@umb.edu, (617) 287-6902).

As a Sustainer, you are eligible to choose a regular Thank You gift at your renewal level once a year when your Membership renews. Just contact the Membership Office (wumb.membership@umb.edu) to request the item.

Update Your Pledge or Payment Information

If you need to update your payment information, please use our online Update form, or call us at (617) 287-6902.

Please note that the Update form is for changing your credit/debit card information (including a new Billing Address, or a new Expiration Date on your card). If you only need to change your existing donation amount or any other information WITHOUT changing your card, please contact the Membership Office by phone at (617) 287-6902 or by email at wumb.membership@umb.edu.

A very generous contribution deserves a special thank you. Not only will you be getting a CD every month to enjoy, but you’ll also get to choose which CD you want. At this level, each month of your membership, we’ll send you a hand-selected list of albums for you to pick from. Simple as that. Great music for a great donation.
