WUMB’s Morning Show will honor the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Monday, January 16th (the observed anniversary of his birth in the US). From Stevie Wonder’s early 1980’s campaign to make MLK’s birthday a federal holiday in the United States, to artists inspired by the words and actions of King, to recordings of the man himself, WUMB will feature a set in honor of King during the 9 AM hour.
