Bassist, singer-songwriter-guitarist, and producer Kimon Kirk’s release, Altitude, is his first solo album in ten years. A founding member of local heroes Session Americana, Kimon has been the bassist in Grammy winner Gaby Moreno’s band since 2016. He has toured and written songs with Aimee Mann, toured as bassist for Alejandro Escovedo, Grant-Lee Phillips, and Sarah Borges, and produced albums for Massachusetts favorites Amy Correia and Dennis Brennan. Kimon moved from Boston to Los Angeles in 2018 and has since provided bass and vocals for the likes of Rufus Wainwright, Van Dyke Parks, and Rodney Crowell….
