The 890s are a funk rock band out of Somerville – originating during 2020, the majority of the band lived in the same 2 apartment house – creating a basement rehearsal space during the lockdown.The band consists of 8 members and frequent guest performers – including but not limited to drums, bass, guitars, keys, saxophone and multiple vocalists.
