A Night in Bloom will showcase The Center for Arts at the Armory as a vital home for the arts in Somerville through compelling performances, recognition of cultural honorees, and delightful beverages and bites.

Our event headliner is Balla Kouyate, a renowned balafon player and “djeli” originally from Mali and currently based in Medford, MA, who has been recognized as an NEA National Heritage Fellow. DJ Saucy Lady will be spinning throughout the night, with pop-up appearances by students from Deborah Mason Performing Arts Center. Guitarist Maurizio Fiore Salas will be performing for the VIP Hour.
