Dick Pleasants was a beloved WUMB host and founder of our Summer Acoustic Music Week camps.  He passed away on November 7, 2022, and family, friends, colleagues, musicians, WUMB listeners and others whom Dick’s life touched gathered to remember and honor him, by sharing together the music he loved and supported in so many ways. WUMB hosted a concert on January 7th, 2023 at The Somerville Theatre featuring Chris Smither, Garnet Rogers, Tom Rush, Lori McKenna, Guy Davis and Kate Campbell.
