With “a voice for the gods that can transport listeners to other realms” (Boston Globe), Mary Fahl is an expressive, emotional singer/songwriter who first achieved fame as lead singer and cofounder of the chamber-pop group October Project, known for their lush harmonies, sweeping melodies and Fahl’s unique and powerful vocals. After two records on Epic, Fahl pursued her own muse, writing and recording songs for films, singing arias and medieval Spanish songs for Sony Classical, and releasing her unique album-length take on Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon. Her latest release, Can’t Get It Out of My Head, features her interpretations of timeless classics by The Rolling Stones, The Moody Blues, Nick Drake, The Mamas & The Papas, and Judy Collins, among others.
