Rob Flax’s Boom Chick Trio perform at the New Moon Coffeehouse on Saturday April 17 th at 7:30pm.
The coffeehouse is in the Universalist Unitarian Church, 16 Ashland St, Haverhill MA. Admission to the show is
$25; $10 for those aged 21 and under.
Award winning violinist Rob Flax, plus virtuosic guitarist Slava Tolstoy, and multi-instrumentalist Felix
Saartori on bass, make up Rob Flax’s Boom Chick Trio. The group’s astounding musicianship and three part
vocal harmonies make it hard to sit still and may put a smile on your face. Rob’s eclectic originals come to life
with intricate instrumental interplay and irreverent humor. Their genre-bending style mixes Americana, jazz,
swing and blues. This will be a night of powerhouse vocals and instrumental virtuosity you don’t want to miss.
