WUMB's Virtual Scavenger Hunt
August 1, 2008 - September 30th, 2008

scavenger hunt

We're continuing to celebrate our 25th anniversary and would like to invite you to participate in our summer e-hunt! The e-hunt invites our listeners, whether they are in the Greater Boston area or tuning in on the internet, to answer multiple choice questions that focus on WUMB artists, staff and events from the past 25 years. The e-hunt has something for everyone-trivia questions to answer, audio files to recognize, and "baby" pictures to identify.

Here are the details:

  • Go to our entry form here from August 1st, 2008 - September 30th, 2008, for your chance to participate and complete the WUMB e-hunt.
  • One entry per person please.
  • There will be three lucky winners! If you complete the e-hunt and correctly answer all of the questions, you will be entered into a drawing to receive a prize WUMB basket that contains: WUMB memorabilia items and CD's. If you live in the Greater Boston area, we ask you kindly to pick up your prize within 30 working days of notification. We will mail prizes to those who do not live within reasonable proximity to WUMB.
  • The odds of winning are based upon the number of correct entries received. All decisions of WUMB e-hunt officials will be final.
  • In October, the names of the winners -- and, answers to the e-hunt will be posted online.

Please contact Patty Domeniconi at wumb@umb.edu if you have any questions about how to participate.

Good luck!
